Who We Are

We build technology for a smarter tomorrow.

Most organisations do not need more software. They need software that fits the way their people already work, and that can grow when the work does. That principle sits behind everything Veranix builds.

Veranix Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is a technology and business solutions company. We design and build software, enterprise systems and digital platforms that help organisations operate with greater clarity and less friction.

Our work falls into two areas. The first is our own product portfolio, which includes Pulse HIS, Pharmacy365, Examo and Plugin. The second is custom solution work, where we build systems around the processes of a particular organisation, from enterprise software and cloud migration to automation, integration and AI.

What connects the two is a simple belief: software should be judged by how it performs in daily use, not by the length of its feature list.

Our vision

To become a trusted global technology partner, helping organisations build connected, intelligent and future-ready businesses.

Our mission

To combine engineering skill with an understanding of how businesses operate, and to use both to build practical solutions that deliver meaningful results.

What We Do

Solutions, in detail.

Veranix works in two ways. We build and maintain our own software products, and we take on solution projects where an organisation needs something designed around its own processes.

Both rest on the same engineering practice and the same habit of starting with the problem rather than the technology. This section explains our solutions, our products and the industries we work in.

Not sure which solution fits?

Talk to Veranix

Large organisations often run on a mix of old systems, spreadsheets and workarounds that nobody planned. We design and build enterprise applications that replace that patchwork with software the whole organisation can rely on.

What this includes

  • Custom business applications
  • Workflow and approval systems
  • Portals for employees, customers and partners
  • Subscription-based (SaaS) platforms
  • Role-based access and audit trails

We build with a long service life in mind. That means clear documentation, a sensible architecture and code that another engineer can pick up and maintain years from now.

Artificial intelligence is useful when it is attached to a specific task. We look for the places where staff spend their time reading, sorting, re-entering or searching for information, and apply AI where it genuinely reduces that effort.

What this includes

  • Document processing and data extraction
  • AI assistants for internal knowledge and support
  • Predictive models built on an organisation’s own data
  • Generative AI features inside existing applications
  • Data preparation and model deployment

We are also candid about where AI is not the answer. If a simple rule or a better form will solve the problem, we will say so.

Moving to the cloud is a business decision as much as a technical one. We help organisations decide what should move, what should stay where it is, and how to make the change without disturbing daily work.

What this includes

  • Cloud strategy and readiness assessment
  • Migration of applications and data
  • Cloud-native application development
  • DevOps and release automation
  • Reviews of cost, security and performance

Digital transformation is often described in grand terms. In practice it is a series of specific changes: a paper process becomes a screen, a manual report becomes a dashboard, an ageing application is rebuilt on a platform that can still be supported.

What this includes

  • Process digitisation
  • Legacy system modernisation
  • Application re-platforming
  • Digital experiences for customers and employees
  • Technology roadmaps

We plan the work in stages so that each stage delivers something useful, and the organisation is never left waiting years to see a result.

Repetitive work is expensive, and it is where errors tend to creep in. We automate routine tasks and connect the systems involved, so that people can spend their time on work that needs judgement.

What this includes

  • Workflow automation
  • Document generation and routing
  • CRM and ERP automation
  • Robotic process automation (RPA) for systems that offer no other way in
  • Process review and improvement

Most organisations already own good software. The difficulty is that these systems do not share information with one another. We build the connections between them.

What this includes

  • API design and integration
  • Enterprise application integration
  • Third-party and partner integrations
  • Data synchronisation and migration
  • Links to laboratory, imaging and other clinical systems in healthcare settings

Data is only useful when the right person can see it at the right time. We build the pipelines, storage and reporting that bring scattered information into one place.

What this includes

  • Data engineering and warehousing
  • Dashboards and management reports
  • Business intelligence
  • Data quality and governance

Launching a system is the start of its working life, not the end of the project. Our managed services team looks after the systems we build so that your own staff are not pulled away from their jobs by every technical problem.

What this includes

  • Application support and maintenance
  • Infrastructure and cloud management
  • Monitoring and incident response
  • Security updates and patching
  • Regular performance reviews
Products

Our products, in detail.

Alongside our project work, Veranix develops software products for sectors where we see a clear need. Each product is built, supported and improved by our own team.

Hospital Management System

Pulse HIS

One system for the whole hospital.

Pulse HIS brings the clinical, administrative and financial work of a hospital into a single system. A patient’s registration, consultation, tests, medicines, admission and bill all sit in one record, so staff in different departments see the same information without having to phone or walk across the building to ask for it.

It is designed for hospitals and healthcare centres that want to move away from paper registers and disconnected software.

What hospitals can expect

  • Patient details entered once instead of several times.
  • Faster registration and billing at the front desk.
  • A clear view of bed occupancy and departmental workload.
  • Management reports available when needed, without waiting for them to be compiled by hand.
  • Access controlled by role, so that staff see only what their work requires.

Implementation and support

Every hospital works a little differently. Our team configures Pulse HIS around your departments, trains your staff, helps bring in existing records where that is possible, and stays available after the system goes live. Deployment options and security details are available on request.

Retail Pharmacy Management Software

Pharmacy365

Run the counter and the stockroom from one screen.

Pharmacy365 is software for retail pharmacies. It handles billing at the counter, tracks stock by batch and expiry date, manages purchases from suppliers, and gives the owner a clear picture of sales and margins.

Impact

The impact we want to create

Technology companies are often measured by their growth. We would also like to be measured by what our software makes possible for the people who use it.

Better healthcare administration

When a hospital’s records, laboratory and billing work together, patients wait less and staff spend more of their time on care and less on paperwork.

Fairer, faster assessment

Reliable online examination systems help institutions assess candidates consistently and return results sooner.

Safer, more reliable operations

Clear monitoring of industrial equipment lets teams respond to problems before they become failures that affect workers or the public.

Stronger local businesses

Practical, affordable software lets smaller pharmacies and enterprises manage their business with the same discipline as larger ones.

Opportunity for skilled people

We want Veranix to be a place where engineers and professionals can build careers on meaningful work, and grow alongside the company.

Responsible technology

Many of our systems hold sensitive information, such as patient records and examination results. We treat that responsibility seriously. We design our systems with access controls and secure data handling in mind, and we take care to collect only the information that a system needs.
